The Role
We are looking for a .NET Developer / Software Engineer, who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions. The solutions provided leverage the .NET technology stack and Microsoft Azure cloud services that power the core company processes in warehousing, distribution and service field. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant applications that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate for this position will be a reliable and adept engineer, who is a team player and is eager to break down large problems, suggesting operation improvements that span across system boundaries.

Your everyday work-life

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework, following coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop APIs, services, and components integrating with diverse systems and platforms
• Implement scalable and secure solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage
• Ensure application performance, availability, and reliability through monitoring and optimization
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments, providing effective solutions
• Participate in code reviews, fostering code quality and team collaboration
• Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and tools

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous 1-3 year experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, from deployment to management
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows
• Solid understanding of databases, SQL, and database design and optimization
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills, conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
