The Role

We are looking for a CRM Analyst for MS Dynamics 365 who will join a team of highly skilled professionals, get engaged in challenging CRM strategy and transformation projects while delivering robust quality work to leading organizations and enterprises. Our CRM team’s functional and technical consultants are part of break-through projects in the market and are people who can understand and analyze the business needs and the technology solution for creating the optimal result. You will interact with multiple stakeholders (business users, IT, external implementation partners etc.), while assisting in testing related to the platform enhancements & ensuring reliable and efficient operation of production processes & functionalities. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and gather customer requirements
  • Transform the client needs into platform functionalities and design the target solution within the CRM platform relating to MS Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service etc.)
  • Visualize, Design and Deliver omni-channel Solutions in MS Dynamics 365
  • Be part of a team that ensures the smooth delivery of the project under the agreed plan while leveraging your specialist’s expertise and business knowledge
  • Liaise between Business, IT and 3rd party vendors in order to orchestrate parallel delivery threads
  • Ensure reliable and efficient operation of deployed B2B/B2C solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM related processes
  • Oversees all Development activities within the CRM Product Stream relating to Dynamics 365
  • Drive change and propose out of the box solutions
  • Work as part of the CRM Platform Team consisting of functional and technical experts, solution architects, and developers’ team
  • Report to management on the Project’s Timeline, Risks and Quality assurance metrics


The ideal candidate should have:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or proven equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in consulting and implementing Enterprise Software Applications with experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Expertise in analyzing, configuring and designing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (D365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service etc.)
  • Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects
  • Ability to work in a team closely with our internal customers
  • Experience in Software Delivery will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of PowerPlatform native components, Dataverse, Cloud Azure will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies will be considered a plus
  • Microsoft certifications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered a plus
