The Role

We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst who will coordinate the implementation of SAP Success Factors, enable the automation within Hire2Retire process and maximize the effectiveness of existing systems. They will work closely with the respective HR business partners, acting as the liaison between HR and systems integrators.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support HR systems (Core HR, On-boarding, Recruiting, Rostering, etc.)
  • Review and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes/systems used in HR
  • Guide external technical team to build solutions making sure deliverables meet the requirements
  • Develop effective test scenarios, scripts and use cases with consideration of cross functional and process stream impact
  • Involvement in production support as functional expert to address user issues

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • University Degree in Information Systems or HR
  • 2-3 years of experience in implementing HR systems/processes, preferably as a consultant/integrator
  • Knowledge of HR systems processes and policies
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Success Factors is a strong plus
  • Experience in retail environments, will be highly appreciated
  • Experience in crafting project plans, documenting risk and mitigation actions
  • Communication skills in order to cooperate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Organizational skills needed to follow procedures and produce/maintain supporting documentation
