The Role

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of the overall performance of the organization. Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy
  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM)
  • Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising)
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
  • Identify opportunities for data collection (based on data strategy), value exchange, 1st party data leverage along the campaign journey per segment
  • Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS that takes into consideration an omnichannel customer journey
  • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
  • Research marketing trends and monitor competition, to continually innovate and test new lead generation approaches

 

The ideal candidate should have

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in e-Commerce or related function
  • Proven hands-on experience in digital & ecommerce activities, including Google Analytics (Power User), Google Data Studio, Personalization & Targeting, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Content Management Systems
  • Proven experience in successfully developing & executing SEM & SEO best practices
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking systems & SEO industry platforms (Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
  • Experience in Keyword Research & Data Mining Tools
  • Experience in AB Testing and tools (Google Optimize or equivalent)
  • Able to work under pressure, accuracy, reliability & attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
