💼 Your everyday work-life

• Define customers' needs and provide solutions regarding plumbing and heating issues
• Execute services in customer's houses 
• Install, test and maintain plumbing systems, piping, and fixtures in residential settings
• Install and initialize Heat Pump systems, ensuring proper flow and system integration
• Upgrade or replace plumbing systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
• Perform thorough inspections of existing plumbing and heating installations to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Identify potential hazards
• Use appropriate testing tools and equipment to verify plumbing and heat pump system integrity

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a field plumber, with a proven track record in residential and commercial systems
• Specialized expertise in Heat Pumps, with extensive experience in the installation, wiring interface and full initialization/commissioning of air-source or water-source heat pump units
• Technical degree and Professional License: Graduation from a relative technical institute and possession of a Master Plumber or Journeyman License
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equiment (ultrasonic leak detectors, combustion analyzers, digital manifolds for HVAC/Heat Pump troubleshooting
• Leadership capabillities 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
