💼 Your everyday work-life  

  • Establish the structure for a CX Academy, providing continuous learning and development resources on customer experience best practices.
  • Work with internal teams to develop digital and physical content, courses, and programs that align with the company’s CX goals.
  • Identify and create a network of CX Ambassadors within the organization who will serve as internal champions for customer-centric behaviors.
  • Liaise with HR, design and deliver training content focused on building customer-centric skills (empathy, communication, problem-solving, etc.).
  • Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels and external partners to improve their customer service competencies.
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as necessary
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events aimed at celebrating customer experience successes (CX Week, Customer Days, CX Awards etc.)
  • Engage employees in the celebration of positive customer stories and contributions to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Partner with HR to design and optimize key employee journeys, ensuring that the employee experience aligns with customer-centric principles.
  • Support HR in designing onboarding, career development, and performance management systems that emphasize customer experience excellence.

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have  

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field. 
  • Advanced certifications in CX, HR, or Training & Development will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English language ( oral/written)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer experience or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in creating and driving customer-centric programs and initiatives across an organization.
  • Experience working with HR teams to align employee engagement with customer experience goals.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills 
  • Passionate about customer experience and creating a customer-first culture.
  • Long life learner
