💼 Your everyday work-life
- Lead a team of 15 Customer Care Agents and Senior Customer Care Agents
- Lead and inspire a team of customer care agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
- Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
- Monitor team member's performance daily
- Conduct the "flooring" process (performance monitor, change of duties, breaks, present agents etc)
- Conduct QAs based on the goal set each month
- Provide performance feedback to the team members
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Minimum 2+ years of team management experience
- BSc/MSc in Business Management, Economics
- Familiarity with call center software and tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
