💼 Your everyday work-life
- Lead and supervise Call Center back office Technical Support teams to ensure effective technical issue resolution.
- Coordinate Technical Support, Spare Parts, and Repair Center to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee remote B2B technical support and 1st Level Support operations, improving customer experience.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage supplier collaboration and ensure proper handling of Total Support contract cases.
- Support operational and technical decision-making and drive continuous improvement culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams while ensuring compliance with company processes.
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- 3+ years in Technical Support or Customer Care.
- Experience managing teams and operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and performance management.
