• Lead the installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning units and systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks to ensure equipment reliability
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately
• Replace defective components and ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians when required
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards and company policies
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports
• Consistently deliver professional and courteous customer service
• Timely complete work orders with thorough descriptions of tasks performed and accurate mileage with customer’s signature

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• • Technical High School diploma, business or relevant field of study
  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the field
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability
  • Energetic, customer-service oriented and product training competency
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Accepts and performs tasks assigned within specified timelines
  • Completes work assignments utilizing established procedures and safe work practices
  • Must be proficient in the use of basic hand tools and service test equipment consistent with high tech sensory equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
