💼 Your everyday work-life

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers, suppliers, and external technical departments, ensuring timely and effective coordination
• Coordinate and administrate technical support requests, ensuring accurate information, proper follow-up, and resolution within the agreed 24-hour SLA
• Provide end-to-end support management, coordinating with relevant teams and external partners to ensure issues are effectively resolved
• Handle customer complaints by identifying appropriate solutions and clearly communicating the proposed course of action and technical rationale
• Maintain accurate records and use technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support efficient issue resolution and a seamless customer experience

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Dynamics or similar business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage requests within agreed SLAs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and external technical partners in a fast-paced environment
