💼 Your everyday work-life
- Generating, nurturing, qualifying and follow up with leads
- Visit potential customers in cooperation with the B2B sales team
- Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions
- Understanding of products and solutions well enough to gain the buyers trust and develop strong relationship with them
- Comprehend the client and present a suitable proposal that will fit to his requirements
- Track the delivery/installation process of the product and handle any issues that might occur
- Collaborate with the sales, product and after sales teams to make sure deadlines are met
- Coordinate the order, delivery and installation process of products
- Improve customer engagement
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a B2B presales position focused on Digital Signage, LED panels, Acoustic systems, Hotel TVs
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems, work order system experience is ideal
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking and decision making ability
- Leadership qualities to establish trust with the customers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Constantly improving customer experience mentality.
