💼 Your everyday work-life

• Oversee Last Mile and Network operations in Attica and Cyprus, ensuring delivery performance and cost efficiency
• Design and optimize delivery service networks, transportation means, and multi-channel delivery orchestration
• Drive transportation cost reductions and implement process improvements across the distribution chain
• Conduct driver training, development, and compliance with Kotsovolos specifications
• Manage ESG initiatives, including sustainability and recycling efforts
• Cooperate with planners and monitor external partner performance in Cyprus operations
• Enhance customer experience through continuous improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Streamline first mile, last mile, and reverse logistics processes to optimize performance and responsiveness

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, last mile, or warehouse operations
• Degree in logistics, business, or a related field
• Strong ability to evaluate operational costs and implement process improvements
• Proficiency in applying new technologies in delivery operations
• Strategic thinker with patience and resilience in handling critical situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills in both virtual and in-person environments
