💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Issuing and managing distribution documents to customers, stores and suppliers from and to the distribution center
• Registers immediately and validly the purchase invoices of goods received at the central warehouses
• Ensures proper management, arrangement and correction of all required sales documents
• Agreement and follow-up of pending matters between the Intercompany sales/purchases of Greece and Cyprus
• Issues and after checking the stocks, finalizes the commodity lists, in order to mass issue the documents
• Checks and issues tax data for distributions and forwards them to the relevant department to determine their routing
• Prepares and checks next day's shipments
• Issues the tax information for returns
• Manages all recycling documents
• Issues the tax information for return goods orders through the SAP system

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• BSc in Finance, Business Administration or in business related field
• Computer literate - MS Office (mainly excel), & SAP experience
• Excellent knowledge of English 
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective organizational skills and multitasking approach
