💼 Your everyday work-life

• Forecast and monitor sales and profitability, analyze variances and present conclusions
• Analyze sales data, identify trends and optimize forecast accuracy
• Set and track KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for profitability
• Evaluate and improve processes, while managing performance and cost-efficiency tools
• Translate the company’s strategic goals into measurable sales targets across all selling points
• Ensure the effectiveness of targeting and incentive tools as well as human capital performance

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL or ERP systems
• Very good command of English, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and effective communication
• Ability to collaborate and work under tight deadlines
