💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Contribute to loyalty and CRM initiatives, helping shape strategies that deepen customer engagement and retention, by designing and executing automated direct marketing campaigns  
• Set up and manage personalized experiences across all customer journey touchpoints (online, stores, call center, marketplaces, etc.)  
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize customer experiences
• Drive our banking reward program in close collaboration with external stakeholders
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization
• Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog prioritization and delivery planning

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, Marketing Automation, CRM, or Personalization 
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Insider CDP (or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and campaign analytics
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
