💼 Your everyday work-life 
•    Product strategy, responsible for formulating the Embedded Insurance & non Insurance  After Sales Solutions Strategy & ensuring the implementation and delivery of underlying product objectives
•    Product tactical management, lead new product development & improvement of existing ones both with partner insurance companies and with internal stakeholders (Ops, Sales, Services, IT, Legal, etc) for prompt product delivery, to achieve sales targets
•    Regulatory compliance, safeguard that all insurance-related processes comply with the regulatory framework
•    Budget, planning & monitoring, budget preparation and monitor financial performance of Embedded Solutions portfolio versus the budget, in order to ensure that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified & resolved
•    Improving After Sales Services performance & insurance distribution compliance of the collaborative front units
•    Protection of company business continuation, even at adverse conditions.

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance (including at least 2 years in insurance product management role), either from an insurance company or insurance distribution standpoint
•    Excellent understanding of the Insurance Business in terms of Life & Non-Life policies, Insurance Distribution, Regulatory Framework
•    Financial understanding, P&L and Budget Formulation
•    Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
•    Out-of-the-box approach in challenging problems
•    Project management, prioritisation & multi-tasking
•    Strong negotiation skills
