💼 Your everyday work-life
•    Develop new B2B and B2C services, redefining existing offerings for market relevance.
•    Oversee the comprehensive service lifecycle, including market research, presales strategy, sales execution, post-sales enhancements, and customer support optimization.
•    Develop and promote cohesive service offerings to enhance customer adoption and build long-term loyalty.
•    Define and manage pricing frameworks, cost structures, incentive models, promotional initiatives, and tailored service portfolios that align with customer preferences & market trends.
•    Balance profitability with competitive positioning in the market.
•    Regularly evaluate and predict critical business metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and market share.
•    Perform in-depth diagnostic assessments of performance factors to drive targeted and impactful strategic refinements.
•    Use data-driven forecasting methods to enhance service offerings and consistently meet operational benchmarks.
•    Track and project critical financial indicators, such as revenue growth and profitability metrics.
•    Examine key performance factors to refine and improve service delivery and policy effectiveness.
•    Identify and highlight key differentiators and value propositions for services to align with customer expectations, enhance engagement, and drive adoption
•    Strategically allocate marketing budgets to deliver impactful annual campaigns across key channels, focusing on mass media (TV, radio), digital ecosystems (social media, SEO-driven web), digital display advertising, and personalized engagement strategies.
•    Craft value propositions and design customer journey flows for B2B and B2C digital platforms, ensuring they directly address customer pain points and enhance user engagement.
•    Partner with the digital team to ensure seamless integration and exceptional customer experiences.
