💼 Your everyday work-life

• Lead the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects — from planning and design review to execution and handover
• Define project strategies, allocate resources and monitor budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Real Estate, Operations) and manage external vendors and contractors
• Oversee project governance, reporting and risk management at senior level
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards across all sites
• Drive process improvement, quality enhancement and operational excellence in construction activities

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in managing construction or renovation projects end-to-end
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in AutoCAD
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
