💼 Your everyday work-life
- Contribute to the content and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
- Support the development of content pillars, narratives, and formats across social media, blogs, and landing pages
- Help build and execute the integrated content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery
- Act as a brand guardian across all content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and messaging
- Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear, actionable content briefs and collaborate with creative teams on content production
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily social content while supporting campaigns, activations, and community engagement initiatives
- Monitor content and social performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize content based on trends and business goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for campaigns and content while staying on top of social and digital trends
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in marketing, communications or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in social media and/or content creation within a corporate or agency environment
- Knowledge and hands-on use of all major social media platforms
- Photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, TikTok, etc.) is considered a plus
- Experience in retail would be preferrable
- Fluency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across different channels
