💼 Your everyday work-life

• Define and evolve the company’s employer brand strategy aligned with overall brand and people strategy and positioning
• Develop employer brand messaging, campaigns, and initiatives focused on attraction, engagement, and retention
• Ensure consistent employer branding across all internal and external touchpoints
• Collaborate with HR, leadership, branding, and creative teams on employer brand strategy and execution
• Lead career-focused initiatives such as Career Days and internal culture campaigns
• Stay ahead of employer branding, talent, and culture trends, bringing fresh ideas and best practices

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Brand or EVP related marketing roles
• Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Strong understanding of brand architecture, brand equity and positioning frameworks
• Experience translating organizational culture into brand narratives
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness
• Strong Media & Campaign rollout experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English)
