💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Ownership of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, enhancements, integrations and HR systems support
• Lead implementation, rollout, testing, UAT and deployments of HR system initiatives
• Translate HR business needs into system solutions and process improvements
• Support integrations with SAP, payroll and third-party systems and maintain documentation
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR systems

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• University degree in Information Systems, HR, or related field
• 2+ years of experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience delivering HR process automation and system improvements
• Good understanding of core HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning)
• Familiarity with integrations between HRMS, payroll, and training systems
