💼 Your everyday work-life

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs for process improvement within the supply chain domain
• Develop comprehensive solutions that address business challenges utilizing your expertise in IT and supply chain management
• Lead or participate in the implementation of technology solutions
• Coordinate and perform testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of supply chain solutions
• Provide support and guidance to end-users
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for supply chain solutions

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field
• Knowledge of retail and supply chain strategy and operations
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or distribution
• Experience with user cases, user stories, business requirements, test scripts and high level change control processes essential
• Experience in WMS systems. SAP EWM or SAP in Supply Chain Management certification is a plus
• Experience with SAP modules (MM, SD)
• Proficiency in understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile project management tools
