The Role

We are looking for an IT service desk and technology center officer who will manage the provision of a range of computer and/or network services. He/she will be responsible to assist users in the more unique situations requiring a broad knowledge of available hardware and software. Furthermore, he/she will manage system or process improvement initiatives and will coordinate the delivery of technical services related to physical store projects.

 

Your everyday work life

  • First level troubleshooting and support for IT issues
  • Support and maintain company infrastructure
  • Prepare, inventory, and deploy end-users’ equipment (laptop/workstations) and also repair and replace as necessary
  • Provide technical user support across the group (on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access)
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Document hardware and software problems (building a knowledge base)
  • Equipment registration in internal system
  • 2nd Line Support in Microsoft environments
  • Focus on improving customers experience in stores via high end technologies
  • Support workplace on all areas, stores, warehouses, HQ, call center by developing and proposing innovating solutions

 

As an ideal fit, you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 1 year experience in similar positions
  • Fluency in Greek and English language, both written & spoken
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft O365 platform
  • Basic knowledge and understanding on firewalls, security, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN technology etc.)
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Server (Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Be customer-oriented and have problem-solving skills
