💼 Your everyday work-life
•    Understands the operation process, capacity and delivery constraints of suppliers and sites and communicates effectively to both external parties and internal functions.
•    Works closely with suppliers, planners, commercial buyers and other functions to ensure the inbound planning process is consistent with best practices
•    Plans DC inbound receiving schedule upon bookings from supplier & carriers and considering customs clearance status
•    Follows up with Customs and Transport team for solution to any operational abnormality
•    Develops and uses the inbound prioritization tool to secure highest products availability at lowest cost
•    Creates and maintains reports, providing the business with up to date information when requested and monitors inbound lead time, quality and performance

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

•    Minimum 1-2 years of materials planning, inbound or logistics planning or internship experience in a FMCG or Retail supply chain environment
•    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain 
•    Computer literate, experienced SAP user
•    Strong analytical skills 
•    Excellent communication skills
