💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Provide technical support and maintenance for store equipment and edge systems
• Assist in installation, configuration, and support of Digital Twin technologies
• Monitor system performance and address technical issues proactively
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Vendors for technology implementation and maintenance
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of store technology upgrades
• Document processes, incidents, and solutions to enrich technical knowledge base

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
• Interest or experience in store technologies, IoT, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Ability to occasionally work on-site at stores or logistics locations
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
• Strong communication skills in Greek & English
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments
• Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail
