💼 Your everyday work-life

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences and update relevant systems accordingly
• Update the database (Success Factor & Pylon) with changes (position, salaries, hiring etc.)
• Responsible for timekeeping and digital card
• Submit data to Ergani and reporting 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field
• Master’s degree in HR will be a plus
• Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon etc.) & Ergani would be an advantage
• Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a high-volume
