The role
The L&D Specialist will be part of a core learning team and the extended learning ecosystem@kotsovolos, which is responsible for the identification and development of talent, core capabilities building, skilling and reskilling as required.  He/she will be working with relevant techniques, methodologies, tools and technologies to participate in and administer the development and delivery of effective and on time L&D solutions, the reporting on the effectiveness and impact of the L&D initiatives. He/She will drive the onboarding and crossboarding processes and programs.

Your everyday work-life 
•    Participates in the delivery and execution of the full learning cycle as required (training needs analyses, content & methodology development and testing, solution delivery and evaluation)
•    Applies appropriate learning methods based on sound learning theories and evidence-informed design methodologies
•    Laisses and collaborates with SMEs and key stakeholders for the development and update of learning content and material in various formats, using solid learning design principles; sources and curates learning content according to specific needs
•    Supports, monitors and reports on Development Journeys and Capabilities_Academies@Kotsovolos, and administers their operation
•    Delivers or co-facilitates training sessions both in-person and virtually
•    Designs, tailors, coordinates and reports on the onboarding process of new hires and transition programs
•    Participates as assessor in the full cycle of assessment and development centers (report writing and feedback delivery)
•    Administers, feeds and works through the LMS, LXP and content providers Kotsovolos partners with
•    Scans the market for best-in-class vendors and learning solutions
•    Widely scans the environment to keep up and bring in the latest research, practices, technology in the L&D field, and translates them into workable practices within the organization’s context

As an ideal fit, you should have 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business or other related field. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
•    2+ years of proven experience in ΟD, L&D dpt in a fast paced environment (i.e. retail, services etc)
•    Experience in instructional design and delivery 
•    Knowledge and ability to work with learning authoring tools (i.e. Storyline 360, Rise 360, Vyond etc)
•    Solid command of english language
•    Digital savvy, focused on learning technologies
•    Strong organization skills and 
•    Excellent presentation and communication skills
