💼 Your everyday work-life
  • Design, implement, support and continuously improve Modern Workplace services and technologies
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID
  • Administer Microsoft Intune across device enrollment, compliance, configuration, application deployment and endpoint protection
  • Design and maintain identity, access and workplace security controls, including Conditional Access, data protection and identity governance
  • Lead workplace transformation initiatives across device modernization, collaboration enablement and automation
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents and recurring problems, collaborating with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Service Desk and business stakeholders

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Modern Workplace, End-User Computing or IAM-related engineering roles within enterprise environments
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience across Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, configuration profiles and application deployment
  • Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and SSPR
  • Availability for rotating schedules and standby support, when required
  • Flexibility for regular on-site work and occasional travel to support new store openings and renovation projects
