💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Lead organizational design initiatives and structural validation
• Govern role architecture, layering and span-of-control effectiveness
• Assess structural cost implications of reorganization proposals
• Own SAP SuccessFactors organizational structure integrity
• Validate and control implementation of approved organizational changes
• Provide structural analytics and decision support to leadership

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness
• Proven involvement in reorganization or operating model initiatives within complex environments
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Organization & Position Management modules preferred)
• Advanced analytical and workforce modelling skills
