💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Define and own the PLM functional roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze product lifecycle requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Design and govern lifecycle processes, workflows, and functional standards across the organization
• Work closely with Integration, SAP, PIM, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure seamless connectivity and strong product data governance
• Support delivery planning, backlog prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across PLM initiatives
• Drive PLM adoption through business engagement, training support, and change enablement activities

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in PLM, PIM, or related enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, master data management, and functional solution design
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP, PIM, or similar systems in complex environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
