💼 Your everyday work-life 

  • Define and evolve the marketing measurement framework across all channels, leveraging attribution models (e.g. MTA, MMM) to assess performance and contribution
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for marketing performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across platforms
  • Design and oversee incrementality testing and holdout experiments, as well as CRO testing initiatives to validate and optimize channel effectiveness
  • Own KPI frameworks and performance governance cadence, aligning Performance Marketing, Marketing Technology, SEO/GEO, and E-commerce stakeholders
  • Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and standardized performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Translate complex data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and budget allocation through scenario modeling and data-driven analysis
  • Ensure data integrity and reconciliation processes across tools and systems, resolving discrepancies in performance metrics
  • Lead and develop the team, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations while supporting growth and capability building

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

  • BA in Marketing, Business Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related role
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI or equivalent); working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with digital media platforms and MarTech stack
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing analytical teams
  • Track record of improving maturity measurement and attribution modeling
  • Retail/e-commerce experience preferred
