💼 Your everyday work-life

• Set up and manage personalized experiences on our eCommerce site and in-store using our Customer Data Platform
• Lead feature development of our CDP platform, working closely with the external vendor to build new capabilities
• Contribute to loyalty and CRM initiatives, helping shape strategies that deepen customer engagement and retention
• Design and execute direct automated marketing campaigns (Viber & SMS)
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize customer experiences
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization
• Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog prioritization and delivery planning

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or personalization
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Insider CDP (or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping and campaign analytics
• Familiarity with eCommerce personalization tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
