Platform Operations Specialist

• Manage promotions and commercial policies through the WCS commerce platform
• Coordinate digital campaigns across newsletters, push notifications, Netvolution, Sites, Stores, Call Center and FR
• Set up and publish banners through Adobe Experience Manager
• Execute commercial coupon and Retail Media campaigns for customers and partners
• Identify, report and support the resolution of system bugs across platforms, collaborating with relevant teams

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• University Degree & minimum 1 year of working experience
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data hygiene
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
• Great command of English and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize workload and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
• Email Marketing and site merchandising experience will be a plus
