Your everyday work-life 

• Support 1–2 Scrum teams in reaching their full potential 

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) 

• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog 

• Track Agile metrics to support transparency and continuous improvement 

• Help remove team obstacles and support smooth collaboration with other teams or third parties 

• Promote Agile values and help teams become more self-organized and engaged 

As an ideal fit, you should have 

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner 

• A strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks 

• Skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and time management 

• Strong communication and a passion for teamwork 

• A degree in Technology, Business, or a related field 

• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Miro 

• Fluency in both Greek and English
