💼 Your everyday work-life

• Enable and coach 1–2 Scrum teams to excel through Agile values and practices
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, fostering transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog
• Track and share Agile metrics to improve delivery, quality, and team performance
• Identify and remove impediments by collaborating across teams and stakeholders
• Support Agile maturity by coaching stakeholders and working closely with other Scrum Masters

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• 2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, beyond ceremonies and tools
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• A coaching mindset, focused on empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt to change and keep teams focused and engaged
• Fluency in Greek and English
