💼 Your everyday work-life
- Lead and deliver service design initiatives across digital, retail, and support service areas
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting with cross-functional teams
- Facilitate co-creation workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
- Define and visualize the current and future state of services, identifying pain points and opportunities
- Translate findings into service concepts, prototypes, and MVPs for validation
- Collaborate with UX, product, tech, ops, and marketing teams to implement and scale solutions
- Contribute to strengthening service design capabilities across the organization by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service design, design strategy, UX, or related roles
- Proficiency in service design tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, etc.)
- Experience in end-to-end service design (research to implementation)
- Background in design, human-centred innovation, or related fields
- Experience working in a cross-functional product and retail environment is a plus
- Familiarity with retail, consumer electronics, or service operations preferred.
