💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Monitor Total Support deadlines according to contract terms
• Follow up pending cases awaiting spare parts
• Communicate with Call Center, Complaints Admin, suppliers and repair partners to resolve issues and accelerate repair progress
• Receive and deliver repaired products from suppliers and perform quantitative and qualitative receipt of customer products via courier or company-owned means
• Update CRM/RMA repair status on a daily basis for active cases
• Manage spare parts orders, monitor spare parts availability and check supplier spare part charges against approved offers
• Characterize problematic products and inform Store Directors on repair progress issues where needed

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Good computer literacy and confident use of Office tools 
• Knowledge of returns and repair procedures
• Good understanding of SAP, RMA/CRM applications and Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong follow-up, accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, repair partners, Call Center, Complaints Admin and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple open cases and deadlines in a structured way
