💼 Your everyday work-life
- Manage five After Sales Business Units: Spare Parts Warehouse, Central Workshop, Service Points, External Partners & Premium Services Team of Techs
- Apply KPIs to all business units, monitor productivity, P&Ls, time of repair
- Follow up SLAs with Suppliers, Service providers & External Partners
- Develop, monitor & communicate reports regarding refurbished products business
- Finding new external partners, negotiating and signing Service & Repair agreements
- Updating store inventories with credits
- Communication with Call Center & Complaints admin (ex. lawsuits in coordination with the Legal department)
- Be the link between Greece repair service & spare parts department
- Communicating with local manufacturers in terms of warranty coverage and/or spare parts availability
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service environment
- Technical background in a relative field (electronics/engineering) would be considered a strong asset
- Good command of English Language
- People management skills
- Negotiation skills and knowledge of local competition
- Ability to cooperative effectively with other business units within the company
