💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50 engineers, technicians, and warehouse personnel to deliver outstanding after-sales and e-Mobility service
• Oversee the daily operations of the Central Service and e-Mobility department, ensuring efficient workflows and resource allocation
• Plan and prioritize repair and technical service activities across all product categories, including e-Mobility
• Manage spare parts, batteries, B-stock, and service warehouse inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and timely store replenishment
• Monitor team performance through KPIs, driving continuous improvements in productivity, turnaround times, quality, cost efficiency, and reducing delays and rework
• Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards while supporting complex repairs, troubleshooting, and excellent customer service

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Service and or Warehouse Supervisor
• Technical degree from a relative technical institute
• Experience with ERP/SAP/Dynamic systems, work order system experience is ideal
• Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook and AI tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
