The Role 

A Rewards & OE Supervisor will have a numerical and analytical approach, but also have strong communication and negotiaton skills. Project management skills will also be essential, while timekeeping and planning will be vital if tight deadlines are involved. Also hands on experience of all the elements of the rewards program including: compensation, benefits, work-life, performance, recognition, development, and career opportunities in order to attract, motivate and retain talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Review org charts
  • Prepare and update salary pay scales & create job offers
  • Design & participate in compensation and benefits processes
  • Com& ben Polies review
  • Research and design compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive
  • Provide guidance to managers on job descriptions, analyze job descriptions, evaluations and ensure proper classification of positions
  • Comp & Ben Surveys
  • Benefits coordination
  • Participates in Budgeting process for Staff Cost
  • Design and present reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the executive leadership team.
  • Calculate Bonuses results & recommend more effective schemes
  • People analytics case studies
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, such as brokers and benefits vendors

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BA/MSc in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of previous experience as a compensation and benefits specialist or supervisor
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Good understanding of full-cycle hiring process
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project Management
  • Excel premium user
