💼 Your everyday work-life 
•    Sales Strategy: Designing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain business clients.
•     Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
•    Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiating contracts and terms of service with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
•    Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
•    Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance metrics and client feedback to improve service and product offerings.
•    Networking: Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote the business and establish new connections

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 
•    Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B Sales roles, managing key accounts in Cyprus
•    BSc in Business Administration, Management, Economics or other related field
•    Familiarity with SAP or similar system software (ERP) and reporting 
•    Strong understanding of the sales process with a focus on relationship-building and account management
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
•    Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations
•    Team player with a collaborative mind-set and the ability to contribute to a positive team culture
•    Available and willing to travel
