💼 Your everyday work-life

  • Support CX strategy on behalf of the team for operational optimization 
  • Work closely with CX Partners, CX Experts and Project teams
  • Be actively involved and initiate CX projects for improving customer satisfaction
  • Support in customer journeys design and monitoring
  • Maintaining reports and promote the feedback culture in design and deliverables
  • Attend webinars or/and additional training following latest trends 

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

  • University Degree required, in a related field such as Business or Marketing
  • Working experience of 2 years minimum in similar position
  • At least familiar with Customer Journey mapping methodology and CX related metrics
  • Actively involved in social media, forums, blogs and following latest trends
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
