💼 Your everyday work-life

• Assist the Rewards & OE team in employee benefits programs (health insurance, mobile phones, pension plans etc.)
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate data of benefits
• Work closely with the team to gain experience in comprehensive reward programs and organizational effectiveness strategies
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (eligible for internship through university)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
