💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Supervision of daily inbound flow of returned products and related warehouse operations

• Oversight of unloading, registration, tagging, inspection, and ERP system entry of products

• Management of product grading and classification (resellable, refurbishment, returns, scrap/recycle) and approval of exceptions

• Monitoring of warehouse layout, storage optimization, and prevention of backlog and congestion

• Coordination and execution of inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock audits, and shrinkage prevention

• Supervision of warehouse staff, task allocation, productivity monitoring, and ensuring compliance with H&S and environmental regulations, as well as coordination with Commercial and Finance teams

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• 4+ years of experience in service, warehouse, logistics, or reverse logistics operations 
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team leader role 
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems 
• Strong Excel and reporting skills 
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and environmental compliance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solving ability
